Kisses Sergio dear. This shot has really been an inspiration. Had come back to show it to a friend that is getting more involved with photography - one of the most beautiful examples of what to do. Still remains a favorite of mine. What do you think? Inspired by you -Sergio Moreira 25. Oktober 2005, 1:21

O.K. WEN, LET'S GO:PART OF TECHNIQUE IS DESCRIBED ABOVE. ANYWAY, APERTURE WAS 5.6 TO OBTAIN MEDIUM TO SHALLOW DEPTH-OF-FIELD; FILTER NONE; FOCUS WAS BARELY MADE ON LEFT FLOWER! TO "FINISH": BACKGROUND BLUR'S DUE TO WIDE APERTURE & SPEED WAS 1/250 TO AVOID SHAKE!
THANKS A LOT

I am like Jutta, just in awe that you can do these beautiful pictures without a computer. It's a dying breed. I am lost with how you did this one - I tend to think maybe you used a softening filter or possibly a stocking to give the softness. I really love the muted, blurred, blended colors, yet still retaining some sharpness in the focus flower. Masterful! I really must know about this one.Sergio Moreira 16. August 2005, 1:31
You`re always very kind, Jutta. You`re right,at the present moment I`m a sad man... God bless you.Sergio
