This photo documents an intense discussion of two. Its serious, with an emotional tension in between. It stimulates phantasy. What is the story behind? What are they talking about? How serious is it? In addition two elements rule the picture: wonderful available light and missing perfect sharpness for an analog touch.
We as editors agreed unanimously: the photo belongs to our collection.

L'annonce d'un verdict inéluctable ?
Le sérieux de la scène se mesure à la manière
dont l'interlocuteur s'agrippe au rebord de la table.

Superb shot,Jost, expressing a mutual approach and communication between the two persons loaded with emotional tension and also tenderness. To my opinion the master use of the available light is the heart of the pic..
