Admittedly I had taken this photo a little shameless.
But in Amish Country (anywhere, you´ll meet the same situation in Indiana or Ohio, if you visit an Amish district) its so typical to see the laundry hung up outside to dry. Even if its a modern family using electricity.

Das ist ein sehenswertes Motiv. Ordentlich sortiert hängt die Wäsche, wobei ich mich frage, welche Funktion der obere Draht hat. Da keine Stützpfosten vorhanden sind, kann es sich nur um einen Spanndraht handeln(?). Gut ist auch der kleine gelbe Ball als Blickfang.Gruß Bricla

Hanging the wshing out to dry on a line is quite common here......... but this is a line with a difference......... it is very long :)))))))))An excellent scene that tells us of another aspct of Amish life.
